Pinnacle’s Management Commentary

President and CEO Aubrey H. Hall III highlighted strong operating performance, expanding NIM, higher core noninterest income and disciplined expense management.

Management noted that core net income increased 28% during the first nine months of 2026 to $10.1 million, excluding the impact of an asset sale. Hall also emphasized improving loan volumes, stable credit quality and sufficient liquidity to support future asset growth.

Management highlighted opportunities to attract customers amid continued banking industry consolidation and branch closures by larger national banks. Pinnacle continues to focus on personalized banking services and customer relationships to support its competitive position.

However, higher credit-loss provisions and increasing personnel expenses remain factors influencing profitability.
